These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vlpbusinesscoaching.com and the tools on it, including the Snapshot Assessment, Deeper Assessment, and Freedom Point Calculator (collectively, the "Site"), operated by VLP Advisors, LLC, doing business as VLP Business Coaching ("VLP Business Coaching," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
VLP Business Coaching provides business advisory services and self-service tools that estimate business health and value based on information you provide. Separately, we also offer paid 1:1 advising services described on our Services & Pricing page.
The assessments on this Site are educational and directional tools, not a formal business valuation, and not financial, tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. Results are estimates based on the information you enter and general industry data — they do not account for your specific circumstances the way a professional engagement would. Before making any financial, tax, legal, or business decision, consult a qualified professional.
Assessment results depend entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Estimated value figures use industry multiple data sourced from BizBuySell's aggregated small-business transaction data; actual value depends on many factors specific to your business, including market conditions, buyer demand, deal structure, customer concentration, and quality of earnings, which a self-service tool cannot fully capture. We make no guarantee, express or implied, about the accuracy of any score, estimate, or figure produced by the Site.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false information with intent to defraud, or using automated tools to scrape or overload the Site.
The content, design, questions, scoring methodology, and branding on this Site are the property of VLP Business Coaching and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
The Site relies on third-party service providers (including Formspree and Netlify) to operate. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by those providers' systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VLP Business Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any results it produces. The Site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
