When you use our contact form or complete an assessment, we collect your name and email address so we can respond to you or send you your results.
The Snapshot and Deeper Assessments ask for your business name, industry, and approximate annual revenue and profit. This information is used solely to calculate your health score and estimated business value — nothing more. We also collect your answers to the assessment questions themselves, which are used the same way: to generate your results.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and site-performance purposes. We do not use this information to individually track or profile visitors, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business information with third parties for marketing purposes.
